Berries and Basil Yogurt


Ingredients: (adapt the quantities depending on the number of people and the size of your jar)


A yogurt of your choice

Berries

A bit of sugar

Lemon juice

Fresh Basil

Coconut flakes (extra)


Instructions:


  1. Mix the coconut flakes with the yogurt if you like coconut (skip this step otherwise)

  2. Marinate your berries with a few spoonfuls of sugar and lemon juice to your preference

  3. Pour yogurt in a small mason jar or container at about 3/4

  4. Add your marinated berries and some snippets of basil

  5. Keep in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating

  6. Enjoy this refreshing dessert!
